Pizzeria Volontiers — Restaurant in Bastia

The place looks very comfortable and cozy with a nice and quiet terrace that offers shade.

However while many other restaurants were marked as closed on Mondays or closed from 14.30 onwards, this one was marked as open. Even in the official working hours on the homepage it was supposed to be open, but when we arrived it wasn't.

Considering the time involved in picking a restaurant, driving there and finding a parking spot (!) only to start the whole process again, I think the owner should put a little more effort into updating the homepage and google, so people don't waste their holiday time and vibe.

What a wonderful experience! We were a bit in a rush since we had arrived back late from the beach and thought we might not find a place to have dinner. We had seen the beautiful terrace of Volontiers the day before and we were so curious to try it. We were welcomed like royalty by the owner of the restaurant and immediately served some wine and recommended the main dish of the house: linguine with prawns.
