Stumbled across this restaurant for dinner on a Friday night when visiting Bayonne with my sister and parents. We shared the “Rabas” (breaded calamari) for a starter and each selected a main course from the extensive and incredibly good value main course menu. Popped in for breakfast, and despite it being match day, my minimal french --- and the area getting increasingly busy --- they very kindly made space for us at a table. Bonsoir le Restaurant Café Moka est un resto super , nous avons pris 3 menus à 17 euros, 3 apéritifs 1 Martini Blanc , 2 Bières, ensuite 1 Chipirons à la plancha avec frites fraîches maison avec salade verte 1 tranche de fromage de Brebis , 1 Faux Filet Frites salade fromage de Brebis, 1 Merlu à l’Espagnol avec du riz salade 1 tranche de fromage de Brebis ensuite en dessert 1 Pana cota , 2 crèmes brûlées, 1 litre d’eau gazeuse Perrier , et 2 cafés le tout pour 65 euros franchement il n’y a rien à redire accueil hyper sympa , l’établissement est tenu par 2 frères entreprise familiale 1964 Le grand père, 1986 le père et depuis 3 ans les 2 jeunes , et des serveurs également, très convivial, et très agréable proche du client et toujours un mot pour rire un restaurant comme nous les aimons.
