La p'tite clarine — Restaurant in Bonneville

Last night we visited this restaurant. The food was delicious but spoilt by an extremely rude unpleasant woman who took us to our seat. When we said we could not sit in the high seats as my sister has a disability, she said we should have informed her of this when we made the booking, despite the fact that we made the booking in person and she saw my sister using a walking stick. We were made to feel we were doing her a favour by eating in her restaurant. It would do her good to realise that without the patronage of customers she would not have a restaurant to work in. My wife and I had dinner there on our anniversary last week. I briefly mentioned this when booking a few days earlier. Not only was this remembered we were provided with celebratory drinks and the whole restaurant sang along with the owners to commemorate a very special night. Added to this the food was simply superb. Fresh, perfectly prepared, creative and delicious without stupid prices. I simply can't praise the restaurant and it's owners highly enough. Been here a few times over the past few years on my visits to Samoëns and each time it's been a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and the service is exceptional. The food is delicious and unique, and always explained very well. They always have a vegetarian option which is just as carefully thought through as the other dishes.
