A pretty average fastfood restaurant

What we've ordered: I've been there with my partner last week and I've ordered an American burger menu with Pepsi light and my partner ordered the rock star bagel menu with pepsi light as well. To be noted coke wise they only serve Pepsi and not Coca Cola.

Service: First impression was nice because the employee who took the order was friendly and funny. The kitchen stuff seemed less motivated since they asked their colleague in a rather unmotivated way, almost as if they didn't want to prepare it, what the order was. We then received a beeper and would have to go back to receive our order as soon as it beeps. It took about 7-10 minutes for them to prepare the order so that was fine for us. The restaurant was not busy at all our order was the only one at that time.

Meal quality: Both the burger and bagel were pretty dry and even though they have just been prepared they were just about lukewarm and not hot as you would expect a freshly prepared meal. The ingredients such as lettuce and vegetables and the sauce were fine though. The curly fries were actually good and hot with just the right amount of salt, really enjoyed those.

Conclusion: The overall experience was average. We've had an ok service, great curly fries and a dry bruger/bagel which were ok to eat but not great. Rating this one 3 stars. My partner told me that she has eaten in another BCHEF restaurant which was much better, so to be...

Bien qu'un peu cher, c'est très bon. Le lieu, son éclairage, sa décoration et son agencement ne donne pas du tout envie d'y manger, mais soit, on peut commander à emporter.

Le vrai défaut de ce lieu, est sans doute le "manager". Toujours souriant, blagueur, il semble tout à fait gentil. Chaque fois que l'on passe devant, il n'a pas vraiment l'air très actif et investi, contrairement aux autres employés, nettement plus vifs.

Un manageur un peu lent, à la limite, ça n'est pas si rare, et au diable s'il est drôle, gentil et serviable.

Mais il n'en est rien.

Je mettrais ma main à couper que le manager es plein de bonnes intentions. Mais la manière avec laquelle il s'adresse à ses collègues est impardonnable. Il les rabaisse et couvre ses remarques d'expressions humoristiques ou décalées pour donner des directives, piquantes, sans paraître méchant.

Sauf que si on enlève l'intonation, les remarques, notamment faites à ses collègues féminines, sont tout le temps dégradantes. "Elle fait souvent cette erreur, pardonnez là". "Ce n'est pas la plus douée, mais ne vous inquiétez pas, elle n'est pas méchante au moins." "Puis-je caresser l'espoir que tu viennes prendre la commande de monsieur ?" "Excuse toi auprès de monsieur au moins, je vous jure, il faut tout leur dire !"

Sur mes 5 ou 6 fois là-bas, je me suis plus souvent senti mal à l'aise et oppresser par cet "humour" que juste serein, à l'idée de...

We used to go every time we had to do some Shopping as the burgers were pretty yummy and made with love. Unfortunately it has lowered its quality since the opening. The burgers now are small, flavorless. You can see that the love isn’t there anymore. It’s a shame :( I also ordered last week a red fruit and mango smoothie and it was the worst I have ever tried. Made with frozen red fruits that were so acid and the girl didn’t even bother to add a little sugar....
