La Kouzina — Restaurant in Bordeaux

We used the fork app to get reservations. The menu price cheaper and was 40% off. Walked in the restaurant and everything was marked up by €7-€10. They did not carry half the listed menu items. Though the owners were very nice, a fly flew in the food and I was told to "be careful" as they did not want to exchange it. Like what??? I am not going to eat that with a fly sitting in it. The food was so bland it was almost tasteless. In the end, she pulled my friend aside and explained she would only give 30% off because we didn't all order entrees. It was an extreme turn off to see how the restaurant itself was run. Oh and the couple behind us had issues with them for ordering a fish which came without a head. That was another mess. We wanted a local restaurant within walking distance of the Mercure Centre Gare Saint Jean, so Kuzina was a fine discovery. It was recommended by the owner of La Tupina also on the Rue Porte de la Monnaie which happens to be THE Gourmet Lane of Bordeaux. Nous sommes venus avec une réservation restaupolitain. La carte n'était absolument pas celle diffusée sur le site, ni en terme de plats ni en terme de prix (plat annoncés entre 13 et 14 euros avec au moins deux choix de viandes, arrivés sur place tous les plats étaient entre 22 et 27 euros dont la seule viande à 27). L'entrée que nous avons pris à la carte n'était même pas digne d'un tapas en terme de quantité . L'espadon était par contre très bon bien cuit et généreux. Le service était plus qu'approximatif (mauvaise entrée apportée , bouteille de vin non commandée apportée, chute d'objets au service 3 fois quand même ) et surtout nous n'avons pas du tout payé ce qui était prévu avec la carte restopolitain (je pense que la serveuse ne connaissait pas le principe et on a pas eu envie de batailler donc on a payé plus que prévu et on est parti).
