First of t he the poor server was overworked and alone. The kitchen was fully staffed and we expected good food.
The pho was OK, other than lacking a little typical flavors and the meat being raw. Raw as in “Mooing” still.
The spring rolls were super greasy and not at fresh, the last meat dish with rice, was so bad we sent it back, only to be charged for it anyway.

Not sure if it was open as we were the first to arrive. Shown to table. Service was slow. A couple entered with Dog. They were seated in the corner near the kitchen... Not acceptable and unhygienic.
