Little hole in the wall restaurant. The hours on Google are not correct. They are not open all day. They open for dinner around 6:30-7 (kind of when they get ready), but are willing to take orders around 6:30.
The Pizza is truly a Milano Italian Pizza that is cracker thin. Don't expect an American pizza here; this is a true Italian.
A 6 euro pizza gets you a small personal pizza (i.e. Dominos) that is cracker thin which has not much more than a light sauce and cheese. Each additional topping is a euro.
The end result is a wonderful true pizza. I repeat myself because I find it hard to find a true milano pizza outside of Milan.
One pizza person; two for a teenager. Half for a petite young lady.
We showed up at 6:45. Young man said he couldnt serve us unless it was takeaway; we chose take-away. He said 30 minutes but he got it to us in 15.

When we asked for a little service (just menus, perhaps some water and bread whilst waiting), she got a little aggressive and stated that she would take payment from all the remaining customers first. After 4 customers had paid, we got served. Whilst waiting for our pizzas, the pizza chef called one of our group over and told us that he had a headache and that we should stop talking. Totally outstandingly awful service. I suggested that we leave, but the group were so hungry after the marathon, we stayed just to get food. So, in summary I would only recommend this place if you fancy awful aggressive service reminiscent of...

She was so nice, we went back to try other options another night. The lasagna is one of the best I've ever had. The desert was a spin on Crema Catalana, it was lemon flavored and served in a frozen lemon skin, which was neat. It was really good. When we go back to Bordeaux, we'll definitely eat here again! The owner was really so sweet and the food was...
