The single most shocking episode of ineptitude and chaos in catering history, albeit during rugby world cup, but it's not as if they didn't have notice. After a 55 minute wait for "table service" after ordering and paying, I enquired at the counter regarding the total lack of any orders exiting service, and quickly asked for a refund. Upon asking for a refund, an order on a tray was presented which was not my order, had clearly been sitting in the service area for an inordinate amount of time, and was as cold and limp as an Eskimos @$##. I insisted on a refund as I had lost the will to live, and although I had paid by card, I was only offered a cash refund which included coins. I refused coins. I did not want any coins. My order totalled 18,80 So I said just give me a 20 note and I'm outa here. Manager point blank refused. Three times. 1.20 was not going to break McDs, but in practice I paid card, my refund should be card. End of story. Hope lessons are learned. I understand things can go wrong, computers can fail, but this was beyond the beyond and staff were incapable of dealing with the problem. Sort out your management. Sort out your systems. Not the best experience… I came here with my friends and honestly, we were really excited to eat — we ordered quite a few things, like a full Mac smart meals.But right in the middle of eating, one of my friends found a hair in her burger. That already ruined the mood. We asked for a replacement, and while they did give us a new one, it wasn’t much better — it looked and tasted kind of gross.

On top of that, we didn’t receive any ketchup or hand tissues the first time around, which is such a basic thing for a fast food place. The toilets? As expected — dirty, like in almost every McDonald’s, but still disappointing.

Honestly, if you're really hungry and have no other option, fine, come here. But if not, I’d recommend skipping it. It’s not worth the...

It's NOT a FAST food. Absolutely do not go hoping to get a quick bite. No matter the circumstances, or how easy your selection is, food will take AT LEAST 20-30 MINUTES, and if you make the mistake of going during moments like at the opening, forget about your food. They just will not care, ignore the order completely and continue their slow-paced routine of cleaning, fixing the machines etc (why don't they do that before the opening hours?).
