Unbelievably awful service and poor quality food! We ordered two pizzas and two pasta dishes. The two pizzas were very average; over-cooked and with tiny pieces of low quality toppings, but the two pastas were abysmal. One was overcooked, bland and tasteless the other was dry, clumped together and stone cold. When my mum said to the staff it was cold, they were really rude about it and begrudgingly took it away. They obviously stuck it in the oven because it came back even drier, stuck together in a clump, warm on the top but stone cold at the bottom. My mum said she didn't want it and would just share my dad's pizza and didn't cause any further fuss. However when she and my girlfriend went to pay for it the staff demanded we pay full price for the meal that she didn't eat. When she pointed out that she didn't eat any of it, more and more of the staff (including the chef) came out to berate her, saying they all tried it and it was fine, she should pay full price and not be a thief (!!). They eventually calmed down when she backed down and said she'd pay half the price of her food but continued being rude to her and my girlfriend about it saying "it was only fair". If I'd known this was going on inside (we were sat outside) I would've absolutely kicked off; my girlfriend and mum were understandably rattled and upset by the whole experience and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Vous cherchez un endroits pour manger en famille ou avec des amis dans un cadre chaleureux et où l’on se sent bien ? Alors passez votre chemin et cherchez encore. En revanche, si vous cherchez un endroit pour gaspiller votre argent dans une salade a 12€ avec 4 tomates cerises, 3 feuilles de mâche et une vinaigrette a faire vous même. Ou alors une décoration au poil avec laine de verre apparente. Ne chechez plus cet endroit est fait pour vous.

Je me sens tout de meme obligé de vous prevenir de prévoir un peu d’argent en plus car la politesse est surement en supplément. En effet j’ai été agréablement surpris lorsque la serveuse brune (surement la responsable) s’est ouvertement foutu de ma gueule apres une simple question.

En outre les carbonaras sans œufs sont pour moi comme un pourboire sans merci, heureusement pour nous ils font les deux.

En vous écrivant ce message je ne veux pas paraître méchant ou quoi que ce soit car je ne cherche pas à vous ressembler mais je pense que vous pourriez attirer les clients avec quelques modification comme. -Pizz’à fuire patte carbona ́ arnaque salade 2 en 1 - t’as plus faim et plus d’argent.

Ou changer le nom du restaurant en " ITALIA" I respectueux T’rop chère A igri L ong I ncompétent A éviter

Chères lecteurs, pour vous aider a faire la différences entre un bon et un mauvais restaurant, je vous garantis que dans un bon restaurant vous mangez bien pour un prix raisonnable Et bien la c’est l’inverse, on mange mal pour un prix ahurissant. Je souligne tout de meme la force mental des deux serveurs qui gardaient le sourires et restaient sympathiques malgres la gargantuesque aigreur de la responsable. Ce qui est dommage car elle donne l’impression de respecter autant les clients que ses produits. Mais comme elle sert de la m€rde je vous laisse deviner comment elle nous considère. Autre conseil car je suis d’humeur genereuse a l’inverse de leur salade, évitez les œufs sur les pizzas, ils sont tellement cru que j’ai entendu le poussin regretter d’etre mort pour ça. Peut être qu’il s’accompagnait d’un sprout (jus d’orange limonade) a 6€95 malheureusement je n’avais pas prevu d’hypothéquer ma maison avant de venir. L’ironie dans tout ça c’est que le nom de ce cocktail est surement a l’image du respect qu’ils ont pour les clients. Dernier conseil car cela ne fait pas de mal, n’allait pas aux toilettes avec un sac a dos où on vous prendra pour un voleur de vin, Le comble pour un restaurant qui vend un sachet de mâche a 13€. Pour finir sur une bonne note la pizza chorizo est bonne mais reste bien moins épicé que le prix. In short, fabulous Italian restaurant in Bordeaux, if not, the Best. Great, very friendly and professional service. No matter how long the cue, yes, people actually wait in line here to get to table, the waitress kept her head cool and acted kindly. Very professional! Top location with a great view! Food tasted deliciously and was prepared with love. I had an Insalata for a starter, a spaghetti Bolognese as a main dish and a Gâterie Café for dessert. All was good and affordable! Prices are right. Came as an extra surprise that they must have the nicest walk (hallway) down to the (clean!) toilet. Fully decorated as a Mediterranean delicacy shop.
