the food is always excellent from this place. That being said, the last two times we have ordered from here there have been service issues. The last time they forgot to give pitas with the order. This time, we placed the order online and when I came to pick up the order I was informed that we had to place the order in person, even though we received a confirmation email. While my French is not great, I described clearly that we had ordered online and showed the patron the confirmation email. In addition, when our order was ready, the person who took the order responded with an abrupt and dismissive 'yes' when I politely asked in French if the pitas were in the bag (since they forgot to include them last time).
