Smash Smash — Restaurant in Bordeaux

I had a great experience at Smash Smash. Ordering was easy, and even though we had an issue with the payment, the young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful. Instead of struggling with the kiosk, she assisted us directly, making the process smooth and hassle-free. She spoke excellent English, which made communication even easier. I also appreciated her thoughtful touch of asking if we wanted our shake after finishing our burgers so it wouldn’t melt too soon.

As for the food—both burgers were packed with flavor, and the fries were fried to perfection with just the right amount of salt. The shake was delicious as well, and even on a cold day, it hit the spot.

Vendredi 21 juillet j’ai fait la découvert d’un fast food qui m’avait l’air très accueillant et abordable de l’extérieur. Se qui fut tout l’inverse j’ai tout de même voulu faire confiance à l’enseigne mais je me suis retrouver dans l’ambarra en découvrant les prix exorbitant sur l’unique et seul borne. Juste à se stade vous voyez les problèmes arrivés,en plus de cela cette borne se trouve cacher derrière la porte MAIS OÙ SOMME NOUS? Est ce moi qui suis folle ou bien l’enseigne se foutrais pas de moi. Après avoir commandée un Burgers car il n’y a pas de menu seulement dès supplément se qui est pitoyable. L’attente l’est aussi car j’ai eu le temp de faire 6 fois st Catherine et revenir mon plat n’était toujours pas la alors qu’il n’y avait pas de client. Après avoir eu enfin mon « menu » je me rend compte que le service n’est pas à table des employés me demande de venir le récupérer . Sous le choque je ne parle pas , je constate seulement le manque de respect qu’il y a et opère à leur demande. Je ne vais pas trop vous en dire plus car tout sa on dit déjà lent juste quelque petit mot clé:boisson servit dans un petit gobelet à 1,50€, le poulet n’est pas cuit, les frite non assaisonnée etc… Je ne vous conseille point cette enseigne sauf si vous voulez vous...
