Sushi Express 33 — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Service was really terrible. We stepped in and met unwelcome greeting. We should have left at that moment but we stayed on. We are not French, and maybe they are nice only with French speaking customers. We went there just for snacking because it was too early to have a dinner. So we didn't order much. I am not sure it was because we did not order much or something else. Could hear chef and wait staff giggled talking about our order in Chinese. Chef is not even Japanese. How authentic this Japanese restaurant is? Had a really bad experience here. There are many real authentic Japanese sushi restaurants in Bordeaux so...

non mais je rêve évite de commander chez eux, numéro payant, on vous fait attendre 6mn avent de prendre votre commande à cout de 0.80 cts la minute. Puis on vous annonce un délais de 40 mn quand au bout de 1H30 on appel, on vous dis " HA oui on à un petit peut de retard" OMG, de plus vue qu'il y à un plat chaud des yakitori, on me dis le livreur arrive je vous le fait partir dessuite, je leur dis mais mon plat vas être froid? la on me répond c'est livrer à réchauffer............? non mais ça veux dire quoi ça ???? que c'est du sur gelé et on doit le faire nous même.......? donc je déconseil fortement c'est amateur imitateur du japon, pour avoir passer 9 mois au japon c'est une honte encore des chinois qui font de l'argent.

Excellent sushi shop in Bordeaux! I was craving Japanese food while on vacation and found the restaurant through a friend. Fell in love with the fresh salmon sashimi and the california rolls, everything for a reasonable price....
