McDonald's — Restaurant in Brive-la-Gaillarde

Terribly tempered and impossibly impolite amd insulting manager and worst managed drive-in. Avoid at all cost this affiliate. The person(s) did not take order even when clearly making my order over intercom (single BM menu for my kid). Then when at payment window it is my fault and the order not taken and please go inside or rejoin the drive-in (3 workers standing there, saying they cannot manage?!?). Could not they re-take my order there?) Then had to get into the actual Resto where it was re-communicated with insulting tone and wording that it is my fault. Finally the change money was actually arrogantly thrown on the counter by that annoying manager who had anger problems, a bad mood without any self relection. Kids like McDo, but please avoid this...

Stopped here while traveling, and honestly, it felt like a comedy sketch gone wrong. The place was almost empty — just us and four other people — yet the staff preferred dancing and having fun in the kitchen instead of serving customers. We waited around 15 minutes for our food (at McDonald’s, with no line!) and when it finally came, it was cold. To make it even better, they managed to mess up our simple order not once, but twice. Add in toilets that looked like the aftermath of an atomic explosion and staff who acted like customer service was optional, and you’ve got the full disaster package. If this McDonald’s were a show, it’d be called Dancing...

Me and my friends visited this particular restaurant and I ordered the famous McBaguette (of course I did, I'm in France, duh). However, what was presented to me, was a pathetic little excuse for a sandwich. The lettuce has definitely seen better days, the pastry was hard as rock and the meat and cheese both looked and tasted like they have been drying in the sunlight for hours. And they tried to hide it by adding monstrous amounts of mustard, the little rascals! Not to mention, they messed up our orders like three times. If you're looking for a good time, avoid this place...
