Le Trémail — Restaurant in Céret

While on tour with Cosmos we stopped in Collioure for lunch. We had time explore this beautiful little town and decided on eating some french food. There seemed to be a mix of both French and Spanish restaurants. Le Tremail was a wonderful restaurant. We had a wonderful meal here, every thing was very fresh and was presented on the plate in a very attractive way. The person working there initially didn't look like he was too happy to see american tourists but he quickly warmed up to us and was very helpful in assisting us while we made our choices. We went early today to book a table for the evening as we were keen to dine at le Tremail. Nice welcome from the young female staff member. We had our little dog with us and she asked which table we would like. We chose one just inside and she said that was absolutely perfect for us and our little dog. We arrived on time to find that the table was occupied by other diners and we were offered a table at the very far back of the restaurant which we had specifically asked not to be placed. We were a party of 4 for dinner last week and all absolutely loved the food, service, and the ambience of the restaurant. There are 3 different 3 cousrse set menus, one for €28, one for €32 and a vegetarian option. All 3 menus have different options for each course. Our group tried all the set menus between us.
