Since I arrived at Clermont-Ferrand Le Chardonnay with that alluring decoration caught my eye and I decided to went there on a special night. I visited with my wife, and my food was delicious. However, my wife had the "Buchers choice" which was lamb. Unfortunately, 80% of her meat was inedible because of gristle. We mentioned this, and the waitress offered my wife a desert as compensation. My wife declined, and when the bill arrived, we were charged full price.
