Wife and I ordered the Spring Menu with starters of chicken terrine and a beautiful pea soup with fresh popcorn(!) added. We both had the chicken 'gibelottes' which translates as a stew. It had carrots and morels with it in a sauce reminiscent of a blanquette. I lapped up every bite.
