We had a great three course lunch there with traditional, local cuisine on gourmet level. I loved the potato croquettes which I haven’t had since my child hood and excellent home made “spätzle”. We had a lovely lunch, best of the trip, at Au Relais des Ménétriers 2 weeks ago. Wife and I ordered the Spring Menu with starters of chicken terrine and a beautiful pea soup with fresh popcorn(!) added. We both had the chicken 'gibelottes' which translates as a stew. It had carrots and morels with it in a sauce reminiscent of a blanquette. I lapped up every bite.

The service was warm and friendly, the room modern-ish but quiet and tasteful.
