One word sums it up, and that’s « superb » High quality flours, wooden oven and an outstandingly skilled baker that uses them to create unique breads, biscuits and croissants. The best, actually! What a find! Ste Hippolyte’s are very lucky to have such a bakery and we were very lucky to taste it on our way out of Alsace.

Linda padaria. Parece que saiu de um conto de fadas. Fui muito bem atendido por uma senhora. Que mesmo vendo que eu não falava Francês, foi muito simpática. A baguete é ótima, os doces também! Voltarei para provar a pizza da noite

A short queue becoming longer was simply a joy waiting outside this gem of artisan baking at 07.30 today, Sunday - the reward was friendly chatty customers looking forward to great service by a vested floury baker serving nothing more than baked (crusty!) gold!

Tip - croissants all gone in half an hour! Advice - queue Instruction -...

We were traveling from Mulhouse to Netherlands in the morning and wanted to try some authentic French breakfast, we were mesmerized with the varieties and taste. Certainly one of the best baguette and croissant we had!!!! I will stop by next time I...
