Brasserie de la Poste — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

I want to share my unpleasant experience with you all. Cant say nothing about food here because we did not ecen get a chane to try it. We came to this place with 2 kids. Sat on a table for two and took one extra chair from another empty table. The waiter came to me and told me to put the chair back and we cant seat at this table for two person. cos the chair is blocking the passage though there was still like a 1 meter space between tables and other chairs. So the manager came to me afterwards and asked us to move the chair back where i took it and asked us to leave cos we cant seat at the table for two. I asked them if they can suggest us some other place to sit - so i got reply back that - NO. So we decided not to fight back and we were about to leave this place - and saw that at the entrance there were an empty table for 4 - so The employee did not even look around and check if there were available table - they just shout at us to leave.

Went there a week ago but we couldn't finish our visit in a satisfactory fashion. We made a reservation for 2 during the afternoon (in person at the counter) for the same evening at 19.30. At the right time we showed up yet the waiter, who recognized us, told us there was no place for us 'due to the rain'. His advice: come back in 15 minutes to check if there's place for you. Nous nous sommes rendus dans ce restaurant pour y déguster une Flammekueche. L'accueil, comment dire... Nous nous sommes adressés au serveur pour savoir si une table de 6 était disponible. Le serveur lui-même nous répond que 2 tables de 4 sont libres mais qu'il ne souhaitait pas les rassembler pour que nous soyons tous ensemble... Je vous passerai aussi les formes de politesse de celui-ci, merci l'accueil ! Nous nous installons en 2 groupes de 3, puisque ce Monsieur nous INTERDIT de rassembler ces 2 tables! Lors des commandes, le serveur se plante et l'une de ses collègues, personne bien plus sympathique que fort aimable personnage, vient au renseignements. Nous recevons Nos commandes et au combien ces Flammekueche sont délicieuses ! Rien à redire ! Lorsqu'il est temps de régler la note, ce fabuleux serveur nous facture 60 Euros de plus !!! En comptant dans la facture les repas et boissons des clients précédents à notre table! Ce qui est lamentable !!! Dommage que ce personnage serve dans ce restaurant. Erreur sur toute la ligne, nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet établissement malgré l'excellente Flammekueche et la bonne humeur de ces 2 autres collègues serveurs bien plus...
