We did not enjoy as much as we thought we would. We took a long time to order (toddler at the table requiring a lot of attention). However food took a very long time to be ready and when the dishes arrived it wasn't exactly what we were expecting.

The Calzone came on a plain white plate, there was no presentation or salad whatsoever and it wasn't appetising.

I ordered bolognaise lasagna from the kids menu but we received a plate of bolognaise spaghetti. I specifically said my child doesn't eat spaghetti yet and did not eat the spaghetti.

We were told the coffees would be offered for the mistake.

I ordered Piadines gratinées and from the picture in the menu it looked nice but when the dish came it didn't look the same and it was way less appetising. So i had to insist at the counter and they added some salad on the dish, which made up for what was missing.

The Dame Blanche cup contained a great volume of whipped cream and the vanilla ice-cream was very basic in terms of taste.

After all of our plates were taken away, we waited for a very very long time to be offered coffee. We arrived around 12h40 we left around 14h35. A lot of time was...

Very obvious unfriendly welcome to our family. Attempt to order in French amd speak French, but our efforts were not received well. Poor service, very very unwelcoming. Asked to go inside, due to flies and told there were no tables to then see that that there were multiple tables. When Dutch couple arrived the same meatier greeted them nicely and spoke fluent English to them and gave a perfect service. Why are English treated this way especially...

Temps passé 2h pour plats et desserts tout fait. Risotto baignant dans l'huile sans fromage : une catastrophe !!

Réponse au propriétaire point par point: Effectivement je suis venu une dizaine de fois à ce restaurant et je n'ai jamais rien dit car avant cette soirée le service était correct. -portion gnocchis trop petite : ma fille qui a un petit appétit a trouvé qu'il y en avait pas assez, quand vous me dites que c'est "portionné" alors qu'au visuel on voit que mon fils en a 2 fois plus que ma fille... portion risotto "crémeux" pas bon et refait sans frais supplémentaires ( encore heureux). Le riz n'était pas cuit, baignant dans l'huile, sans goût et vous me réservez la même chose. Vous me répondez risotto "fiche technique "... Lol! Je pense que vous n'avez pas goûté ce plat c'est long pour avoir les plats: bah oui quand est une famille avec des enfants entre 6 et 13 ans, on n'a pas forcément envie de rentrer super tard. Nous sommes arrivés à 7h30 et le plat a été servi à 8h30... 8h50 vous venez débarrasser, je m'empresse de prendre la commande pour les desserts, vous les servez à 9h25! Donc oui on était à 2 doigts de partir. Une famille avec enfants était arrivé 20 mn après nous et est ressortie avant 9h qui a pris plat et dessert comme nous : quand je vous est fait cette remarque vous m'avez répondu que je n'y connaissais rien enr...
