Food and location are good, close to historic center and a plaza. Good for people watching. Waiter was not agreeable, first he asked if we had a reservation (for an empty restaurant) and then, surprisingly, let us have a seat (clearly was being impolite for the pleasure of it). I was speaking French and aware of all politesse formulas (s’il vous plait, bonjour etc).
After I ordered wine I was better treated for a while, but then I was completely ignored by same waiter when asked for the bill inside of the restaurant. The other waiter even openly laughed at me for being ignored by my table’s waiter.
This restaurant clearly caters to foreign tourists but have waiters who delight themselves in being rude to tourists. I hope this review makes you think twice about...

Building is in an art decor, nouveau style and colouring, very stylish, loved it.
