Ottimo ristorante, cucina salutare e gustosa!

Ci siamo fermati per il pranzo con il nostro bimbo. L’accoglienza solare e disponibile da parte del personale, si sono subito prese cura di nostro figlio scaldandoli la pappa che gli abbiamo portato. Ci hanno portato un “amuse-bouche” un piccolo antipasto di benvenuto a base di melanzane, mais e filetto di aringa affumicata, uno spettacolo! Abbiamo ordinato delle tartare di verdure con una mousse di caprino, ottime! Abbiamo poi preso due “bavettes”, un taglio di carne proveniente dalla coscia e che non si trova in Italia, era molto tenera e saporita. Per concludere il pranzo una bella selezione di formaggi del territorio. Tutto accompagnato da molta cortesia da parte della titolare del ristorante e delle sue collaboratrici.
