Pizzeria ISCHIA MIA — Restaurant in Draguignan

Not very impressed unfortunately. The pizza was average, it could have done with more topping on in my opinion & needed seasoning. The salad with roasted veg, etc was all out of the fridge, they could have warmed the cooked elements slightly to make it more interesting.

However it was service that badly let them down, one chef & two front of house it should have been much better. We asked for water for our dog, that didn't arrive till we asked again. We weren't asked how our food was & it really needed some ground pepper which took ages to get their attention. Eventually we get given a disposable type grinder which barely worked!

Our main course plates were collected while they chatted to the next table, without saying a word to us - bizarre! We speak reasonably good French...

After our main course we waited half an hour if we wanted a dessert, by that time it was too late, so we asked for the bill. We then waited another 15 minutes for the machine to come while our hosts were having a good laugh between themselves, see photo.

Finally as I went to the toilet did they have a few kind words with my wife, it was all a bit too late by then.

I hope after my review that they treat all customers well, they seemed to love some of the other tables,...

Après plusieurs repas dans l’autre restaurant Mamma Mia, mon fils m’a fait découvrir jeudi soir Ischia Mia pour aller déguster une pizza. Et quel régal ! Un accueil très sympa comme c’est le cas à Mamma Mia, une ambiance italienne que l’on ressent toujours fortement et puis après une commande passée au travers d’un choix plethorique de pizzas qui donnent toute envie, elles arrivent enfin sur le table et visuellement déjà, vous avez faim! 😂 Le service se fait toujours agréable, simple mais élégant et les pizzas sont sur la table… C’est le grand moment ! Le visuel est une chose mais qu’en sera t’il du goût ?! C’est un délice! Une pâte à pizza d’exception et puis des pizzas agrémentées à la perfection. Quelle onctuosité…. Quel plaisir ! L’ambiance du restaurant est calme ce soir la malgré le fait qu’il soit presque plein et c’est donc un sans faute à tous les niveaux. Un sans faute validé encore une fois avec les desserts aux douces saveurs italiennes ainsi que par une addition plus que raisonnable avec cette cuisine et un service parfait.
