Bubble Café — Restaurant in Grasse

We recently ate at Bubble Café in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, and enjoyed the experience. The cafe has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, combined with good food it makes it a must try.

We started with the bubble waffle drizzled with chocolate—crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the chocolate drizzle. We also enjoyed a ham and cheese sandwich, served with a side salad. The sandwich and the salad is a nice option.

What’s unique is the Bubble waffles, also known as “egg waffles” are named for their distinctive shape. The batter is poured into a special mold that creates small, spherical bubbles or pockets within the waffle, giving it its unique look and texture. Quite cool!

One of my guilty pleasures on our trips is a bubble waffle. Can not get in Alabama and most of the other places we visit within the states.

Soooo I look for them we we travel. Passed this one a few days before but had not eaten anything solid yet. Went back today, and wow, it was great.

I tried the kinder special with pistachio ice cream. Again, wow. Was amazing. And a note I have had pistachio ice cream before, but this was probably the best I have tasted. Was not expecting that from a waffle place.

Not head to find. Can sit inside or outside and thecome.to.you to your table vs. having to stand in line.

We had just arrived in Juan-les-Pins and were looking for a bite to eat, so we decided to try Bubble Café. At first, the owner seemed sweet and welcoming, but that quickly changed when she overheard that we wanted to share a meal. Her attitude turned rude — she threw the cutlery onto the table and made us feel quite unwelcome. After we ate, she insisted we pay the bill immediately and hovered around us until we left, essentially rushing us out. It really ruined what should have been a relaxing meal.
