Disappointing. For more than 20 summers, I have stopped by here after the market. Over the past couple years, it has changed, but I didn't give up. However, this time the classic cafe options were gone. Sitting next to an open-air farmer's market, it is nice to imagine everything would be freshly made & not highly processed. But, there was only one salad, a disappointing Caesar of basic Iceberg lettuce, flavorless processed, croutons, a couple small cherry tomato halves, an egg and a lot of fried chicken cutlet. The dressing/sauce tasted like it was straight from a jar, not a sign of an anchovy bit. However, the bread was fresh, and the chicken was tasty, so if a fried chicken cutlet on lettuce is what you want, you will be happy. The service is also good.
