What a discovery! Cutest setting in the midst of Valbonne, best Spritz tasted in France so far (cheers aperol lovers 🤌🏻), excellent service. Try the tartare de noix de Saint Jacques with a touch of lavender.. We came back just for this one. That said, the panacotta also has a local touch so definitely worth a try if you are a sweet tooth.
