Lunch for 2 people with a couple of glasses of wine was 70 euro sitting outdoors around square. I didn't try wifi, but phone internet ok. Quite loud and tightly packed with lots of children running about the sq, a pleasant sun soaked spring day for a family. It was not a market day or would have needed an appointment.
