We visited Epi Beach expecting a relaxing day at a beach club, but unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. First, we were charged €40 per person just for the sunbeds, and on top of that, we were required to eat at their restaurant—something that should have been optional.

Read moreWent for dinner with a table of 13 for a friends birthday, stunning location but the poor service we received was a huge let down. Two of the guests were not served dinner with the rest of the table and waited around 20 minutes for the first of the two outstanding meals to arrive. The other guest ended up cancelling his order as there was no sign of it arriving in time before the rest of the table finished eating. None of the staff were apologetic even though one of our guests went hungry. We were also billed twice for the meal that didn’t arrive.
In addition to this, 4 of the guests ordered the same steak dish, 2 of the 4 were visibly different dishes to what was ordered but they were assured it was all the same dish. We had to ask for our drink orders multiple times before they arrived. Overall...
