The waitress spilled a large bowl of sautĂ©ed boil vegetables on one of our guests clothing. All over her arm, waist and legs We ordered a bottle of wine when we sat down and even though we asked multiple times where it was, it did not arrive until after we finished our entrees/appetizers. One couple ordered fish in salt another a whole fish and the other lobster. The waiters brought out the 2 cooked fish to show us and then said theyâd be back after it was deboned. 10 minutes later the waiter came back and said the salted fish was not cooked enough and needed 10 more minutes. After 25 more minutes the food arrived. Salted fish was cold and disgusting. Whole fish was barely warm. Lobster was overcooked, dried out and cold. The vegetables for the woman who had her original vegetables spilled all over here did not appear until the end of the meal so they werenât eaten. No one questioned why meals were not eaten. No one cared. One fish was barely deboned and very difficult to eat because there were so many bones. After dessert, they delivered the check. No one came to talk to us. Not a waiter. Not the waitresses that spilled oily vegetables all over a person. Not a manager. Nothing was deducted from the bill. Nothing was offered to compensate us. The woman covered in oily vegetables went to talk to the waiter to express our disappointment. Only then did they say they would give her a voucher to clean her clothes. She explained that this was not useable as we were not staying in the area. They did not care.
We spent 485 Euro for 4 people. Poor services and quality of food. Worst...

They never asked if the food was satisfactory or if we needed anything else. No one even bothered to pour our drinks into the glasses.
The oysters were fresh and delicious, but my main course, a grilled French gilt-head bream, was a letdown. It was served with skin and scales, which I found unappetising, especially being pregnant and more cautious about my food. When I raised my concern, the waiter rudely responded, âSo what is the problem!?!â This was quite shocking, particularly considering my condition and the lack of customer care. I believe that person has not understood what I explained to him in English.

Dâabord par le service: 3 serveurs diffĂ©rents, pas forcĂ©ment Ă lâĂ©coute (sauf la jeune dame), on se retrouve Ă devoir poser la mĂȘme question plusieurs fois, beaucoup attendre ⊠mon verre de vin a Ă©tĂ© renversĂ© par un des serveur, jamais remplacĂ© malgrĂ© ses excuses et sa proposition de remettre du vin dans le verre (normal) pas exĂ©cutĂ©e âŠ. une erreur peut arriver mais le cumul Ă©tait un peu trop Ă la fin. Ensuite niveau culinaire. Dâabord on nous propose du mĂ©rou, on nous explique quâils peuvent le servir seulement 1 mois lâĂ©tĂ© et que seuls certains Ă©tablissements ont autorisation dâen servir. Mais en regardant en ligne plus tard je dĂ©couvre quâil est interdit de pĂȘche sur toute la France ⊠mais alors il vient dâoĂč? Câest quoi cette histoire dâautorisation? Ensuite il est servi avec du brocoli, du chou fleur et de la purĂ©e⊠quel dommage en plein Ă©tĂ© de manger des lĂ©gumes plutĂŽt dâhiver alors quâon trouve plein dâautres lĂ©gumes de saison dĂ©licieux en ce moment ⊠courgettes aubergines etc. TrĂšs moyen pour un plat Ă 42âŹ. Le dessert, tulipe de fruits rouges, glace Ă la vanille: une coupe dâun biscuit feuilletĂ© au goĂ»t trĂšs moyen, remplie dâune petite boule de glace, recouverte dâune grosse profondeur de crĂšme chantilly et qqs fruits rouges posĂ©s dessus. Donc en fait, un bol de crĂšme chantilly pour 14âŹ. TrĂšs trĂšs moyen et surtout trĂšs loin de la dĂ©licatesse de ce que nous avions lâhabitude de manger dans ce restaurant. Sinon ambiance moyenne, service dâune lenteur incroyable alors que le restaurant est quasi vide. Lasse dâattendre pour le dessert, puis le cafĂ© qui me vient pas et quâon doit demander 2 fois, idem pour lâaddition, je suis finalement allĂ©e payer Ă la caisse ou jâexplique - gentiment - que je viens pour payer car on attend depuis un moment Ă notre table - le serveur sâexcuse « les autres de sont tous cassĂ©s et mâont laissĂ© tout seul ».
