The waitress spilled a large bowl of sautéed boil vegetables on one of our guests clothing. All over her arm, waist and legs We ordered a bottle of wine when we sat down and even though we asked multiple times where it was, it did not arrive until after we finished our entrees/appetizers. One couple ordered fish in salt another a whole fish and the other lobster. The waiters brought out the 2 cooked fish to show us and then said they’d be back after it was deboned. 10 minutes later the waiter came back and said the salted fish was not cooked enough and needed 10 more minutes. After 25 more minutes the food arrived. Salted fish was cold and disgusting. Whole fish was barely warm. Lobster was overcooked, dried out and cold. The vegetables for the woman who had her original vegetables spilled all over here did not appear until the end of the meal so they weren’t eaten. No one questioned why meals were not eaten. No one cared. One fish was barely deboned and very difficult to eat because there were so many bones. After dessert, they delivered the check. No one came to talk to us. Not a waiter. Not the waitresses that spilled oily vegetables all over a person. Not a manager. Nothing was deducted from the bill. Nothing was offered to compensate us. The woman covered in oily vegetables went to talk to the waiter to express our disappointment. Only then did they say they would give her a voucher to clean her clothes. She explained that this was not useable as we were not staying in the area. They did not care.

We spent 485 Euro for 4 people. Poor services and quality of food. Worst...

I visited La Brocherie for seafood, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The staff rushed us to order, but after that, we were largely ignored. They never asked if the food was satisfactory or if we needed anything else. No one even bothered to pour our drinks into the glasses.

The oysters were fresh and delicious, but my main course, a grilled French gilt-head bream, was a letdown. It was served with skin and scales, which I found unappetising, especially being pregnant and more cautious about my food. When I raised my concern, the waiter rudely responded, “So what is the problem!?!” This was quite shocking, particularly considering my condition and the lack of customer care. I believe that person has not understood what I explained to him in English.

For a €39 fish, I expected better service and attention. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, especially given the poor treatment and...

Nous sommes retournés à la Brocherie ce midi, nous avions l’habitude d’y manger régulièrement mais plus depuis qqs années. Nous avons été très déçus. D’abord par le service: 3 serveurs différents, pas forcément à l’écoute (sauf la jeune dame), on se retrouve à devoir poser la même question plusieurs fois, beaucoup attendre … mon verre de vin a été renversé par un des serveur, jamais remplacé malgré ses excuses et sa proposition de remettre du vin dans le verre (normal) pas exécutée …. une erreur peut arriver mais le cumul était un peu trop à la fin. Ensuite niveau culinaire. D’abord on nous propose du mérou, on nous explique qu’ils peuvent le servir seulement 1 mois l’été et que seuls certains établissements ont autorisation d’en servir. Mais en regardant en ligne plus tard je découvre qu’il est interdit de pêche sur toute la France … mais alors il vient d’où? C’est quoi cette histoire d’autorisation? Ensuite il est servi avec du brocoli, du chou fleur et de la purée… quel dommage en plein été de manger des légumes plutôt d’hiver alors qu’on trouve plein d’autres légumes de saison délicieux en ce moment … courgettes aubergines etc. Très moyen pour un plat à 42€. Le dessert, tulipe de fruits rouges, glace à la vanille: une coupe d’un biscuit feuilleté au goût très moyen, remplie d’une petite boule de glace, recouverte d’une grosse profondeur de crème chantilly et qqs fruits rouges posés dessus. Donc en fait, un bol de crème chantilly pour 14€. Très très moyen et surtout très loin de la délicatesse de ce que nous avions l’habitude de manger dans ce restaurant. Sinon ambiance moyenne, service d’une lenteur incroyable alors que le restaurant est quasi vide. Lasse d’attendre pour le dessert, puis le café qui me vient pas et qu’on doit demander 2 fois, idem pour l’addition, je suis finalement allée payer à la caisse ou j’explique - gentiment - que je viens pour payer car on attend depuis un moment à notre table - le serveur s’excuse « les autres de sont tous cassés et m’ont laissé tout seul ». Quelle façon de parler à un client! Quel dommage, ce restaurant, où j’ai fêté mon anniversaire il y a qqs années, était tellement bon, raffiné et agréable. Que s’est il passé?
