La Shawarma — Restaurant in Grasse

Worst experience ever on the 1st of January. We waited for an hour to have the platters and we would have waited the same for the drinks but after 30 minutes we went and got them by ourselves. The description in the menu doesn't match what you get in your plate. Small portions, 2 of the plates came without fries or other side and the worst, we were 4 people and we received only one bread (cold) divided in 4. We couldn't believe it. And the houmous and eggplant salad was something you normally eat with bread! The taste was horrible also, we only ate because we were extremely hungry but didn't finish. The total bill was 100€. Outrageous! The smell inside and the atmosphere were also very bad. We'll never go...

Very tasty and service was great. I didn't eat in as I was with family members who all chose different places for food and we all met in the park to eat our food, so difficult to give the dining experience a 5 star, but everything else was quality! I also ordered a shawarma for my 9 year old daughter who was very picky with what salad and sauces she wanted and the staff were very accommodating. She absolutely loved it, as did my 3 year old daughter who started picking at the chicken too! Will definitely...

The staff asked me if I wanted my kebab to take away or if I wanted to have it at the restaurant. The kebab came on a plastic tableau, as usual. After returning my empty tableau inside the staff asked me to pay an additional 8,50€ (!!!) for eating at the restaurant and not taking it with me. That is more than the price of the kebab itself. He tried to explain it by saying they have to serve and clean the tables. Since the place was trashy anyways this is overall ridiculous....
