around 20 euros (edit: was 15e) for unlimited mussels (edit: now some sauces may be prepared days in advanced, refrigerated and just slapped cold on the sometimes very small hot mussels, the provencale seemed fresher w pieces of tomatoe, but forestiere, roquefort felt industrial, and creole barely ok).

the first order is a full "casserole" and is plenty. if you order more than another "half", i'd be surprised. all other items in the menu are copious. the dessert menu is quite interesting. I wonder if the nougat I picked us the only one that underdelivers (edit: the tarte tatin was small but sublime). I've been here many times, never got sick on mussels and no sand, but I often do elsewhere!

outside seating us quite popular and I don't think they take reservations and in the summer there can be long line on the sidewalk. 1/2 chances to have to eat inside which at least would prevent you from being very close to smokers. Sun is generous at all times...

Nice prices overall. Pizzas ok. Pasta was a bit over boiled night usual al dente but big portions even the kids menu.

Now something to pay attention: You can NOT share a dish, every person in the table has to order even kids. You HAVE to order a giant pizza each. You can NOT share one. Moules, each person HAVE to finish his bowl before ordering extra round of moules. First bowl came little slower and seemed nature even if was mariniere. Second rounds that come in half bowl were great. The Dijon one I do not recommend as its sauce on top rather cooked together. We had 3 diff flavors. Ail/parsilade was nice! If you want quantity and good prices it's a place to go.

Another place you should try all you can eat moules frittes is festival des moules in Nice. I hade 6 bowls with a...

We went at evening with pur celiac friend. We called in advance to be sure he could eat there and they told us there would have been options for him. When we arrived at the table the waiter was rude when we asked clarifications about the water he brought us and he didn't knew if the food was gluten free. He told us he was going to ask but he didn't. We had to split but in advance I wouldn't have stayed. We ate the mussles but a part weren't open or smelled bad. In the end they brought us a plate that i didn't feel confident eating... After the dinner i wasn't feeling good. The waiter brought us even stuff we didn't order and seemed irritated when we asked to split the bill. Highly unrecommended, really...

This place proudly markets itself as the go-to spot for mussels, and I've got to say—they live up to the hype. The mussels are top-notch with a fantastic variety of preparations. I even tried them with Roquefort cheese, which I thought would be a disaster, but they were surprisingly delicious. If I'd only stuck to the mussels, I'd be giving this place a solid 5 stars. However, we were there with the kids, so we had to venture beyond mussels and order a pizza. Let’s just say, aside from being comically large, it was pretty disappointing. My advice? Go for the mussels—seriously, they’re worth it—but steer clear of anything else.

Food was ok. The place itself reeks however,. we couldn't quite place it until I visited the toilets. Basically - the entire restaurant smells like kaka,. nobody seems to clean the toilets more than once a month. It was filthy and the smell pervaded the entire restaurant. Edit: See below the wonderfully mature response by the restaurant owner. Rather than address the issue that the toilets are terribly maintained, and are a reflection of possibly the sanitary conditions of the kitchen,. "your face smells". Yeah - I do not recommend eating here, ever.
