People working/serving in this restaurant are really, but really rude, the owner included ! We are a family with 3 small kids and we only entered, barely took our seats and wanted to order 1 pizza for the kids, plus the dishes for the adults, to which they absolutely rudely told us you must order at least 1 pizza per kid regardless whether they want to eat it or not. We didn’t have the chance to taste anything, as they serve only those who are convenient to their business. Really disappointed ☹️ I mean, I do understand you need to do business but you need to remain polite and human, which they are not! They also said that they were suspecting it will end this way because of the kids. To sum up, they may have a nice view over the beach and may serve good food, but they totally lack respect for customers with kids! So if you have kids, this resto is a no go 🙅♀️
Later edit, after resto’s comment: Besides the fact that the people working here are rude, the owner of this restaurant is also impertinent... He accuses me, the customer (after 1st part of the review) of not knowing the language... I spoke in French with the waiter. French is almost like my native language as I reside in Belgium 🇧🇪 since years already. I made it clear to the waiter that we were taking initially 1 pizza for the 3 children plus the meals for the adults (my husband was parking the car and he had to arrive a few minutes later to order his dish). Obviously if the pizza was eaten by kids, we would order another one if they wanted, no problem whatsoever, but we don't want the food to be thrown away! But well, this is not Rosy Beach’s concern for sure (you can see in other people reviews below & on Tripadvisor). I'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels that way about them. Analyzing the feedback on different platforms, many could not enter this restaurant either because of the arrogance of the staff, or because of the obligation to eat as much as they think people should! Well done, you must be proud of the business model you have built! Good luck! Just a recommendation for those who are in the area, a few steps away are restaurants with extraordinary staff, for example at Pizzati where we also ate, it’s always full in comparison with Rosy Beach. You can make your own conclusions when you take...
Read morePlease help yourself and avoid this place! We have never ever had such a bad experience with a service at any restaurant in any country! First of all they have force us to order meals as many as there were people even though our bill was around 150€ but still they were not happy, all the workers were staring at customers and making a comments, in the end while myself was looking at the bill one of the waitrees was right next to me and again laughing waiting until the bill will be paid. They was not happy to give us a table water as needed to ask 5times. Kids did not finished their meals when the plates were started to take off table. They were super rude and could not explain anything you would ask in a nice manier. All the bad comments down here are very true. So once again - to keep your dinner nice just avoid this place....
Read moreWithout looking at the reviews, I went here with two kids just to have a few drinks because we weren't hungry. One of the waiters (I guess the owner) started loudly asking several tables away what we would like to order. I asked him to come closer and speak English if it’s possible. When he came closer and realized that we had come only for drinks, he started making a lot of noise that we MUST order food here and they don't provide only drinks. Me and two children had to get up and look for another place under the stares of other visitors, cause the owner was really loud.
I want to warn everyone - there are plenty of better places nearby where you can feel yourself like a client, not a cockroach. I do not appreciate such behavior from the the staff and I really hope that this place will be shut down as soon...
