McDonald's — Restaurant in Grasse

The most awful McDonald’s. Awful customer service, we paid for delivery and things were missing. Went there and a staff with AirPods in his ears instead of listening to us was like ‘What?’ Without letting us finish. Then we took the receipt from our hands and did not say a word, then we said can we have something extra and no much of a offer and he asked to do a official complain and once again he was like ‘what?’. Then he gave us two ice creams after speaking to him and making me we travelled 20 mins as it was a mistake they have done. He gave us the food after 10 mins, no sorry, no nothing. Sorry to say that but one of the worst McD Drive I have experienced. Unfortunately nearest to my home so passing there quite frequently. Smiling staff and correct food , quite okay , unfortunately they seem to be unable to deliver your order in full !! Either a drink , or an extra sauce ordered , another time the toy in Happy Meal followed by absence of ketchup ..... you name it !! So despite following cars queuing behind you , go through a 100% check before leaving in case these kind of little bad surprises are irritating you. We order take away from uber eats and we have realized some parts of the food was missing. We called Mac Donald’s and they told us to travel 20 mins by car to pick up our food. We have arrived and explained our situation but the staff was useless and pretended he didn’t care and was not very helpful. We asked for a type of compensation as we traveled and he said only juice and then we asked for the complain book and he has taken the receipt from our hands and said ice cream.
