Panasia — Restaurant in Grasse

The waitress who was responsible for our table took our order .We ordered 2 starters and 2 mains .The mains came with one starter and the waitress when we asked where our missing starter was and why we had received 1starter and 2 main meals , was abrupt and very dismissive suggesting since we spoke no French that THE ERROR WAS ON OUR PART .It is a pity as the food was great however I REFUSE TO RETURN to an establishment where some individual staff are rude and spoil an evening which should have been special for my husband and I !She then ignored our table leaving another member of staff to issue us...

Sadly this was a miss… Although the service was kind, it took a long time to order, receive the food and get to pay.

The food also was pretty bad. Chicken didn’t taste well and the sauce was awful… Tasted like somebody just poured a whole bottle of a random premade asian sauce onto the chicken bits. (Talking about W8) And maybe the following point is my fault but i was expecting to get at least a bit of rice or vegetables for my dish (W9) but it was just a small fried chicken breast by it self for 14.90€…

So all in all a pretty disappointing visit....

The size of the dishes is really incredibly small compared to before or other restaurants. It is less than half of the size before. Even worse is the service. I complained to the waiter, they say they will notify the kitchen and see me next time. Why do they think i will come back next time. Increasing price is ok, but we expect you to keep the quality. You can not increase the price and reduce more than half of the size of the dish. Meanwhile not caring about it. So from now on. I dont recommend this restaurant. ...
