Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Grasse

We ordered pizza and a couple of sides. We got a call that the delivery guy was there and we went down immediately. Our way was a little longer, but not significantly, however we still got another call that the delivery guy will only wait another two minutes and that we should hurry if we wanted to get our delivery. Turns out it was a girl who didn’t look completely sober and who was waiting with the food already taken out just to get even colder. She gave us an ripped 5 € bill and didn’t have any other change. Upstairs we noticed our salad was missing but payed, yet nobody picked up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend, I am delivering pizza myself and this is horrifying! The service was trash but also the food, the chicken was absolutely disgusting and the wedges completely dry. Would give 0 stars if there was an...

I ordered through the website and the food never arrived. I called to ask for my pizza and they refused to deliver because my name is not on the property as this is an Airbnb. (Although they have delivered here before). I asked for a refund and they refused to do it over the phone and said I have to come into the shop. I explained I cannot walk 40 mins away because I am pregnant and that’s why I wanted a delivery and then they started saying they do not understand English and hung up my call. (Even though we had been speaking the entire time -me with some French and them with English).

So lying, no food and no refund.

Well I'm sitting 21/2 hours later still waiting for our pizzas !! I have called them back to be told it would be another 10 mins that was 1/2 hour ago ! Who knows what the food is like as I'm yet to get any , my son needs to be in bed soon My food bill for 2 pizzas ,2 starters and drink is 35,00 not cheap and to be honest I'm really fed up that they still want me to pay , that's if it ever turns up !! Going to call them yet again and hope that someone bothers to answer the phone , the count on my phone says I've called them 27 times so far . As you can guess really...
