Bioburger Grenoble Brocherie — Restaurant in Grenoble

We’re big fans of the pulled pork burger, it’s our go-to choice every time we visit a Bioburger outlet. Our first delivery order from this location was disappointing, with much less pulled pork than usual. However, our second delivery tonight was perfect. Well-portioned with that extra spicy kick. We also tried the rustic burger with Camembert, which was a pleasant sweet and savoury surprise.

Edit: We recently ordered to-go and waited at the outlet near the kitchen area. While waiting, we noticed one of the newer kitchen staff scraping the patties incorrectly and being corrected by a female staff member. Despite her concern, the person managing the dispatch of orders decided to serve the “bad patties” anyway, citing a large backlog. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the name of the restaurant but I am actually very happy with what they have. They have a variety of options that you get to choose from and some vegeterian options as well. The taste was great, however i think it is worth mentioning that I personally thought that the burger could have been slightly bigger than what they gave us. Venu déjeuner un jour de semaine en fin d'après midi j'ai du me contacter de l'accueil glaciale d'une borne dont les seules motivations étaient de prendre mes données personnelles et de rajouter des suppléments à ma commande. Je m'installe à une table et attends. Après 10 min, premières traces de vie, je vois enfin arriver un membre du personnel qui vient m'apporter ma commande. Unique interaction avec un humain au cours de ma visite qui se soldera par un "Bonjour" puis un "Merci".

Menu à 13.30€ pour un maigre burger, des frites noircies au goût rance qui me rappellent ces premières fritteuses Tefal d'avant les années 2000 et une eau gazifiée maison de laquelle je m'efforce d'imaginer la saveur du gingembre.

Verdict, un repas fade qui m'aura laissé sur ma faim. Seul point positif à relevé le pain et le steak qui sortent légèrement du lot.

En conclusion, la demarche bio et locale de Bioburger n'aura pas à suffit à me faire oublier la médiocrité du repas.

De progrès à faire, si la marque "éthique" ne veut pas devenir une énième chaîne de restauration à naître puis disparaître dans la foulée.

Pour ceux qui souhaiteraient déguster un bon burger, il y a existe mieux...
