The best Indian food I’ve had in Grenoble. I had the assorted plate (cheese naan, rice, chicken masala, French fries, salad & garlic mayo).
This is a long review, sorry:
BUT HERE—everything was separated :
Naan had its own foil package.
Fries were in a box with a foil cover.
The rest came in a platter box where even the chicken masala had its own sealed compartment so it wouldn’t spill into the other dishes. Thank you 🤧
This is honestly the only place that hasn’t Europeanized the flavors of Indian cuisine. The chicken masala actually tasted Indian, not some watered-down or less flavour version.
Ngl 😭💎 even the fries tasted like the ones we get back home . You know European fries just aren’t it. Idk if it’s the oil or extra salt, but these tasted like Indian fries.
I saw another review saying the food was spoiled, so I was veryyy veryy skeptical about ordering from this place. But I’m so glad I did.
Thank you to the chef and owner from the bottom of my heart. I was so homesick today and started dreaming about chaap, pani puri & momos. What I ate today was such a savior. Thank you once again.
I wish I could add a picture of what I ordered, but nostalgia hit me like a truck when I opened the chicken masala—I didn’t have the patience to...
Read moreIt was a very disappointing experience. The starters were not served with a serving spoon. When we asked for it, the owner gave it to us but he said they don't give a serving spoon because the starter is not suppose to be shared. No water was given or offered. When we asked for it, they gave a bottle of water and paper glasses ( 3 paper glasses stacked together) . The person serving food didn't even bother to seperate the glasses and distribute it to the customers at the table. Never experienced anything like this in any restaurant we ate at. As customers who were dining in, we found it a little rude. The service could definitely be better. When the service is so poor it is difficult to enjoy your meal. The veg biriyani was not something I would recommend. The naan was okay. The person at the counter who served us our food didn't seem to be...

Absolutely the worst staff behaviour. Below-average food. They don’t even have proper tableware. When we asked, the server said it’s not a gourmet restaurant and shouted at us. Very rude behaviour — it felt like the server didn’t even want to work. I wonder if proper tableware is too much to ask from a restaurant.
So much for an Indian restaurant — lacking both hospitality and taste. One of the worst matar paneer I’ve ever had. The shahi paneer was below average. There was no difference between the cheese naan and the cheese garlic naan. The biryani wasn’t biryani at all — oily and tasted like rice mixed with curry. Absolute...
