Pub Shakesbeer — Restaurant in Grenoble

I felt disturbed by the dishonesty of a staff there when I visited there with my friends last December. He took us to the cleaner's with an overpriced bill, so I just asked for the detail and he spent like 10 min struggling to match the overpriced bill with the detail. I found out that he had doubled the price of Chartreuse and had not applied the Happy hour.

I just decided to tip the poor guy with the difference who had tried to make up...

This bar has a great name. I stopped in for a quick pint on one of my days in Grenoble and was happy I did. The bar is clean and well decorated. Inside has climate control and there is also outdoor seating. A good selection of drinks is available. Staff is respectful...

A nice place to have a few drinks, very popular among students and young people. Nice view over the Bastille from the terrace, if you ever have the chance to find a free table. Good selection of beers on tap but prices are fairly high, similar to all the bars...
