Very bad service and the food was not a Waw!

We asked the waiter if there is peanut in the salad…the reply was, I am not sure….but if you have some allergies, don’t take our salad he said .

A professional would have said, let me ask/check with the kitchen!

We were served with the bottle of water, but no glasses…..15min later we had to ask for some glasses.

We ordered our food and waited almost one hour only to get two dishes out the 4 we ordered. 15 min later we asked if they were preparing the two remaining dishes for our children and the answer was …..ah sorry we didn’t get the orders for your children😡.

By now my plate was cold and the French fries was not longer eatable.

We ended up sharing one plate for four and had to leave the restaurant.

At least…Some of the staff did apologize for the inconvenience…

It looks like a nice restaurant, but the staff needs to organize better!

We had dinner there for 2 nights. At the first night they even welcomed us without a reservation and the waitress was super polite and professional. We had the goat cheese salad and the club sandwich and it was delicious! The second night we had the fondue which was also very good but the waiter this time, a tall young guy with long black hair and moustache, was rude and unprofessional. When we asked to change our table to one not in the path of people, it's ok if they can't do it but he continued to be condescending and talk very rudely. He should definetly work on his manners but otherwise all the other staff members were nice and welcoming and the food...

Called in for a meal at about 12.30 and just told I should have booked for 2 people. They have outside tables available and not even given opportunity to wait for a table. Went to another restaurant. Called back later for a coffee and to book for the evening. They would not even serve us 2 coffees to drink outside. Very rude and therefore did not book for 8 people in the evening. Are these people that rich more like just lazy. Your loss. Typical attitude for this...
