Ma fille est moi avons adoré! Le propriétaire est au petit soin, très aimable, il aime ce qu'il fait, cela se sent dans ses explications: la pâte qui repose minimum 48h, les olives de Sicile, les beaux anchois à l'huile, et les câpres etc... Les ingrédients sont de qualité, leur goût est formidable et la pizza! La pâte est fine, le bord joliment gonflé mais léger et croustillant juste ce qu'il faut. Je pensais emporter ce que je n'aurais pas mangé car je les finis rarement mais là, j'ai tout mangé sans me sentir l'estomac lourd après. Elles sont tres digestes. Je ne manquerai pas d'y retourner pour goûter une autre merveille! Merci encore pour les "Crousti beignets"! 🤩...
