Ayant vécu au Vietnam, je suis toujours à la recherche de ces saveurs authentiques qui me ramènent là-bas. Ce n’est jamais évident en France de retrouver la vraie cuisine vietnamienne, celle qui réconforte et qui sent bon les ruelles d’Hanoï.

Chez Cang Tin Hanoï au Havre, c’est exactement ça : un retour instantané au Vietnam dès la première bouchée. J’ai eu le bonheur d’y déguster un Bún Chả Hà Nội absolument exceptionnel – un plat emblématique et souvent mal interprété ici, mais là, c’était tout simplement comme là-bas. Bouillon fumé, boulettes de porc grillée à la perfection, herbes fraîches… un régal.

Un immense merci pour cette authenticité précieuse ! Et maintenant, une petite question pour la suite : à quand un bon Thịt kho tiêu, un Thịt kho trứng, un simple mais si bon Bánh mì, ou encore un Cao Lầu pour les nostalgiques du Centre et du Sud ? Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour revivre un peu plus du Vietnam, ici, au Havre.
