I am extremely disappointed with my order. This had absolutely nothing to do with authentic Indian food. The flavors were completely absent, and the quality of the food was abysmal. The chicken was hard and dry, as if it had been prepared hours ago and reheated. The butter chicken, normally a creamy and flavorful dish, was watery and tasteless.

The rice was a sticky mess, a sign of poor cooking technique or lack of care in preparation. And the naan bread? That was a complete joke – it resembled a thick, tasteless pancake more than the fluffy and crispy naan I’m used to. It was utterly inedible.

I eat Indian food regularly and have a good standard for what is acceptable, and this was far below that. This is without a doubt the worst Indian food I have ever had. Even though I am not Indian, I am confident I could make a much better meal at home.

The food was so bad that I threw it away after just three bites. It was a waste of money and the effort to pick it up. This was an outright disappointing experience, and I will definitely never order...

I ordered chicken biryani and chicken curry, expecting authentic flavors — instead, I got a lesson in disappointment.

The biryani was dry, bland, and clearly made with no care. It tasted more like spiced rice than biryani — no aroma, no layering, and definitely no dum. The chicken pieces were overcooked and flavorless, like they’d been boiled and thrown in last minute.

The chicken curry wasn’t much better. The gravy was oily and salty, with zero depth — no balance of spices, just heat and grease.

Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected way more. Definitely...

I had such a wonderful experience at Le Taj Mahal!! The food was absolutely delicious, ambience was lovely, and we had the most amazing waitress I’ve honestly ever had.

She was so kind, attentive, explained everything perfectly, and it was just such a pleasure to be served by her - I really can’t speak highly of her enough!! (If you’re reading this, I’m the Australian girl from Melbourne ☺️ I hope you can visit Australia again one day!!)

I highly, highly recommend trying out this restaurant! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I...
