This small Vietnamese restaurant close to the beach offer a selection of traditional dishes. You can order individually or via a set menu. This restaurant does suffer from lack of renovation and questionable cleanliness. The food is not incredibly tasty.
The food đ„
This is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the area. It does not serve any noodle based dishes and mostly relies on rice based dishes. The most notable aspect of this restaurant is definitely their beignet with are deep fried Asian fruit dipped in powdered sugar.
The service. đââïž
This small restaurant is ran by an elderly couple. The western based wife does the service and Asian husband cooks the food. The wife is kind and helpful, if you need any recommendations she will be happy to help you.
The atmosphere đïž
The shop is quite notably run down and the hygiene is quite questionable. It has four tables and the interior feels more like a un-organised storage room than a restaurant with random items pretty much everywhere.

Not only does the owner handle service, but he also cooks the food himself, lovingly prepared as if you are in his home.
There are a few downsides to this intimate setup; The hygiene is questionable at times, with tables being cleaned hap-hazardy and the toilet is difficult to access up a narrow flight of stairs, itself being in tight quarters The restaurant space is untidy, making me question the food-safe practices.
However we can not fault the food, it was flavoursome, well balanced and freshly prepared.
The service is what makes the experience special, the owner was delighted to have a full restraunt with every couple being a different nationality.
Would recommend for a delightfully quirky and tasty...

I randomly passed by this restaurant while looking for something to eat after hiking.
Right when I entered I was shocked by the decor as it was a perfect balance of formal and home-y, with paintings and artworks the owner gathered through out his years. You can just tell the amount of effort he puts in the place from the attention to detail.
The owner was very welcoming, as he introduced his specials as well as himself. heâs in his 80s already but still cook and prepare all the dishes by himself.
After dinner I had a couple cups of tea while admiring the owners art collection, it truly was a gem and If youâre a fan of authentic experiences you would love this place, itâs hard to find places like this nowadays!
( And the prices are very...
