Terrified about this experience. This place does not have the quality of service of a Pret a Manger. The hot food place was not hot at all, I have asked them to reheat my “hot” sandwich. They heated on a microwave with the plastic bag on, it was absolutely disgusting. The flat whites I have ordered came with no foam,l and very large. Tasted like reaheated coffee you make at home. The counter lady was the worst part. I don’t know if she was in pain, hangover or feeling really bad, but she was supposed to be at home recovering. Raymond - took my order of a latte, got it wrong, the coffee maker in the back shouted "flat white" pointed at me. I said no I ordered a latte. He then refused to change it speaking to me in English, them spoke in French to his colleague in front of me and both laughed. I refused again and he just started scrolling on his phone. Thinking he was going to Security (as that's the word in French I thought I heard) i took it and needed to get to my gate. Rude and awful service...

1. the power outlets have no power. People think they have found a nice spot to charge their mobile devices as almost every table had a mains power outlet plus two usb, but... 🙄🔌🤦‍♀️
2. the place was full of flies. It was disgusting. Flies landing on our coffee cups, and no one seems to care. 🤮🪰🤢
3. this may have to do with some strange airport rule, but closing at 19:30 is way too early for an airport of the magnitude and importance of CDG. A total let...
