Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Le Raincy

The worst and most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. The staff were SO rude and had NO IDEA what was going on. I spoke to them in both French and English and they had absolutely no clue about anything and were just chatting to each other. We got coffees and pancakes, after 20 minutes of waiting for our pancakes I went up to ask if they were still coming, the girl had no idea what I was talking about and said we couldn’t have pancakes because the machine was broken…. I said ok so can we have a refund then? and she started yelling at me and said “no it’s not possible” ummmmm so that’s theft? Then she was just looking at the floor SO AWKWARD literally WHAT are you doing???? There was a huge line forming. Then she asked the barista for help in French and he said no? 😭 Eventually a manager came and said the machine wasn’t broken lol so we got our pancakes but they forgot the maple syrup we had asked for and tasted like a wet fish. This was so disappointing in many ways, first off the cappuccino was not good at all, it’s been great every other Starbucks and even at other airports, but this one was not good. But the most annoying thing was that after we purchased multiple drinks from this location, because we had asked for our drink to be in a take away cup instead of a mug one of the baristas came and said if we wanted to sit down he would need to charge us for a mug (it’s the same price) so they don’t allow you to sit down if you have a paper cup for some reason. Yet keep in mind on each side of us these people were eating sushi and pizzas and didn’t have mugs themselves. We didn’t make a big deal out of it because we just wanted to get out of that dirty location at that point. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t buy drink from them here unless it’s...

Went here thinking it was like other Starbucks. I usually never leave reviews but after what just happened I can’t not. Whoever is staffed today should be all sacked since 3 of the staff were all awful. The girl taking the order was rude as left mid order to talk to an employee. Then my coffee was made with the smallest amount of foam I’ve ever seen in my life and I got the largest coffee and mind you this coffee is 8.5 euros and now tastes nothing like how I normally get it. So at this point we’re like okay let’s just sit eat and drink and leave but nooooooo. We can’t do that! We get told we can’t sit down there because we got TAKE AWAY! And sitting is only for eat in.
