I got the Balik Breakfast for 26EUR. Food: Avocado was brownish, toasts were not toasted I had to ask them to do it, the scrambled eggs were just a reheated portion, the lemon looked nice in its little fabric wrap but was not fresh... Finally I had a hot chocolate .... Almost cold. Personnel: Barely looking at you, not smiling, obviously stressed out and not really supportive to each other. They were 3 running around, sharing one CC machine, dispose and clean, prep the plates... Price: Both Food and Service are not worth 26EUR. Clearly interesting on the menu, I was expecting fresh food, freshly cooked and spend good degustation time before hoping in the plane, it makes you really wonder how can companies still run their business with such scam.
I usually never rate and prefer to talk with the personnel. It is harder for both but it is less frustrating if you really want to improve at the end. The miss serving my food was clearly not interested into talking or communicating at all. Face closed, she was just trying to get on with her day I guess. Her training is clearly not high standards, same for the others, they shouldn't do everything. When you pay a lot,it is not only for the food, it is also to be served in a better way and not the contrary. Seeing Seeing the personnel shouting at each other is not helping as well...all that, there is no room for kindness, this restaurant chain is clearly trying to rip you off until the surprise effect stops.

The prices were reasonable considering the offering and the fact that airport prices are usually higher. It was just great to have a better option than typical airport food. I did not feel rushed, and the server, Florin, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and suggest several options, and to check several times that all was well – a level of service that is a rarity in France, in my experience. Read moreI tried the one in terminal 2f for the first and last time. Service has been extremely slow, for a ridiculous high price. I asked for a "pata negra" meal and it was really too light... I used to have more for a starter.. even no bread serve with it... and i had the chance to have a quarter of tomato. Including a glass of their cheapest wine I paid 45 euro..... I put one star because the bar and position are nice. In addition behind the bar it is quite messy and when I arrived no more even a basic beer available....
