In 35 years of travelling I have never come across and establishment as bad as this

There was over 30 people in the queue and only one person serving yet there four more staff wondering around doing nothing this is mad

Every now and again One of the other staff would pop over and make them self a cup of tea whilst he is trying to serve everybody So he’s having to standby the coffee machine and wait for the other member of staff to finish making his tea before he continue to serve wow 😲

If you see the state of the floor it’s brown looks like it hasn’t been mopped in ages the ceiling tiles are dirty with dust all over them When I open the kitchen door I glanced through wow I wouldn’t go in there if you paid me

They try and make it look really professional A cook comes out from the back in white overalls and Starts to filling the cabinets up Looks really professional This is just a front to make it look like that if you get a chance in the kitchen door opens just look through it

The coffee machine and the coffee area is just dirty I’ve never seen anything like it there is no sign of any clothes or anything inside

Decided to stop here before flying out. Asked for the Le jambon frommage sandwich to be made hot. Clerk had a smirk, whispered something to other clerk looked at me and laughed. Got the food and it was still cold. I asked again for it to be heated up. The clerk gave the biggest eye roll. Got the french sandwich and it was still cold.

Here’s where it gets good. I don’t speak French I used translate to show her in french writing “very impolite”, she asked who? I pointed to her and other clerk. She called a man to come over to our table. He said something in French and smiled. She brought her tongs out like she was ready to do something. I just said Bonjour and left. The food was not bad, just a cold Le Jambon Frommage and a very uncomfortable feeling for a tourist in another country. I sincerely hope these people get fired. Will definitely avoid this...

I saw this place a few times when I stayed in France, but never actually walked in as I was already on my way to a food shop, or I’ve already eaten. By chance, there was one in the airport on my way home so I decided to give it a try... which made me regret diving and walking pass it all the other times I could have tried it! The food is amazing, but I have to give it to them for the desserts! Yes, I do have a sweet tooth, but they give dessert shops a run for they’re money... even though that’s not all they concentrate on! The dessert was so good I don’t even remember what the experience was like on the customer service side... but if it was bad then I would have remembered! I do remember walking back in and getting they’re chocolate and banana cake again! My mouth is dribbling as I’m thinking about it writing...
