J'ai goûté le "détox" menthe/concombre... etc ... Gé-nial ! Ainsi que les pâtes "nordiques" ... saumon ... etc ... J'avais entendu dire qu'un bon plat de pâtes ... beeeeeeen... c'était bon ! Il aura donc fallu 60 ans pour que j' en goûte un bon. C'est impossible à reproduire à la maison car, par exemple, pour les jus, ils utilisent un genre de mixer "basse vitesse" qui doit coûter le prix d'une pièce essentielle de la voiture de James Bond, alors... respect ... Le personnel est très, très, sympa Manquer une visite à ce bar reviendrait à négliger, gravement, votre culture.
