IT - Italian Trattoria Lille Béthune — Restaurant in Lille

After some time I had again the pleasure of dining at the IT Trattoria. This time I dined in Lille (France) and overall it was again a delightful experience.

IT Trattoria offers a great ambience with a cosy and welcoming atmosphere that sets the Italian food stage for a delicious meal.

The menu offers a variety of pasta & pizza variations, some salads, a wide range of wines and special soft drinks. We ordered ‚ ‚The queen of pizzas’ Nostra Regina

Long overdue review we ate here several months ago and looking at the most recent reviews it hasn't changed.

The food tasted very medium, nothing outstanding and we were very disappointed. We ate here because we were going to catch a movie later at the cinema just in front. We didn't want to go too far and miss the movie but actually we should have. We were full, as a couple we took 2 pasta and 1 pizza but this is not at all authentic Italian cuisine, trattoria ok but Italian... No. It seemed like it was thawed and refried food. Bland is how I would describe the food then.

Service was ok, you get a bipper at the cashier then when your food is ready you have to go and get it yourself at...

The space is good, spacious. I can't evaluate the service because everything works as usual - take it - carry it yourself - leave it in the designated place. Pizza - the worst ever in my life, and I've been to many cities and countries in various pizzerias. Terrible - the tomato sauce was so sour that it took over the entire taste of the food. Yes, I was hungry and I ate most of it. I tried to scrap tomato sauce from the pizza, desperately. Please taste the tomato before using it on the pizza. It was probably...
