First time was fabolous! Second time, not envy to come back for the third. I asked juice without ice cubes for my kids, and they came with ices. I said never mind. But the kind waitress offered to change the juices. She brought it to the bar, and i saw the bartender took the ices with his two hands from the glasses. This acted shown unrespecful to their clients. When the waitress back to our table, i said i saw it. And she offered to changed it, whilst she was face to face with the bartender when he took the ices before. And the food was not good anymore. First time was ok, but second time really not made me want to go back...

We went last time for my kid's birthday and the food and service was appalling. Of course I am not expecting a high quality restaurant, as it is more like a whole experience with the show and the entertainment but ordering an expensive starter (fois gras) and getting a micro slice of it with a cold and soft bread slice and a little marmalade aside was pretty depressing (no effort in any kind of dish presentation, I laughed when the waiter brought it to the table). Nous avons récemment découvert le Pirate Paradise, et notre visite a été globalement agréable, même si certains détails pourraient être améliorés. Commençons par les points positifs : l’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel très aimable. L’ambiance est vraiment unique avec des décorations immersives qui nous plongent dans l’univers des pirates, parfait pour une sortie en famille ou entre amis. Le petit spectacle ajoute une touche festive, et il y a de nombreuses activités pour les enfants, notamment une grande plaine de jeux. Nous avons également apprécié la présence de photographes qui proposent de jolis souvenirs à des prix intéressants (12€ la photo ou 10€ à partir de trois).

Concernant les points à améliorer, nous aurions préféré recevoir nos apéritifs avant les entrées, afin de mieux profiter du moment. Ma quiche aurait gagné à être un peu plus chaude, et nous avons dû demander les couteaux à steak, ce qui a ralenti le repas. Une petite erreur s’est glissée dans l’addition : les desserts, normalement compris dans le menu, ont été facturés en supplément, mais heureusement cela a été réglé. Enfin, j’ai eu un doute sur mon cocktail, qui semblait sans alcool alors que j’en avais demandé un avec.

En résumé, Pirate Paradise offre une ambiance conviviale et dépaysante, idéale pour s’évader le temps d’un repas. Avec quelques ajustements dans le service et l’organisation, l’expérience serait...
