What an incredible experience at Tou Lou Lou! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and personal—beautifully decorated and full of charm.

The service was outstanding. The waiter was not only friendly and upbeat, but also genuinely attentive. He had an intuitive sense for when to engage, making us feel seen and special without ever needing to ask. Even when the restaurant suddenly filled up, he became quicker without ever appearing stressed. Every guest was served with the same calm and care, which really elevated the whole evening.

The food? Exceptional. We tried two appetizers and four main dishes on the waiter’s recommendation, and each one was a highlight. The octopus was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the other meats perfectly cooked, and the balance of spices was just right. For those who love heat, the homemade chili sauce added an extra kick. Every bite felt thoughtful and full of flavor.

The cocktails were another surprise—beautifully mixed, full of taste, and perfectly complementing the food.

Très mauvaise expérience, à ne pas réitérer !! J'arrive pour un rendez-vous galant avec ma jeune dulcinée et que ne fut pas ma surprise quand survint cet étrange personnage, haut en couleur (métaphoriquement parlant hein, en vrai il est aussi pâle qu'Edward Cullen), pour nous présenter le menu. Ce blanc bec était si drôle que pendant tout le dîner, mes propres blagues semblaient fades comparées à ses élucubrations comiques. Pis encore, le poulet du colombo était tellement tendre qu'il fondait littéralement sous mon palais. De par le fabuleux mélange d'épices, mes papilles gustatives n'étaient point en reste ! Pour couronner le tout, la sauce épicée est venue réveiller des ardeurs brûlantes au fond de mes entrailles tel un volcan en éruption. Comment vais-je pouvoir cuisiner des mets aussi succulents pour la dulcinée sus-mentionnée ? Comment réussir à faire un date aussi mémorable dans un lieux tiers ?!
